    Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease and line a round cake pan with parchment paper. This ensures even baking and prevents sticking.

  • Pouring & Baking

    Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the center springs back when touched and a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.

  • Cooling the Cake

    Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before frosting.

  • Making the Fudge Frosting Melt
