Focaccia is one of Italy’s most beloved olive‑oil breads. It has a lightly crisp exterior and a soft, airy interior. Fresh rosemary, coarse salt, and plenty of olive oil sprinkled on top give it both aroma and a true Mediterranean character. It’s perfect for sandwiches, served alongside soup, or enjoyed on its own as a snack.
