Penne Arrabbiata is a fiery, vibrant pasta dish made with a spicy tomato sauce infused with garlic, chili flakes, and olive oil. The name “arrabbiata” means “angry” in Italian, referring to the heat of the sauce. It’s bold, aromatic, and incredibly satisfying while remaining one of the simplest pasta dishes to prepare.
