  • Preparing the Vegetables

    Chop tomatoes, cucumber, onion, and bell pepper into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large bowl.

  • Adding the Olives

    Add Kalamata olives to the bowl. Leave them whole for authenticity or slice if preferred.

  • Adding the Feta

    Add cubed or crumbled feta cheese on top.

  • Making the Dressing In a

    small bowl, whisk olive oil, lemon juice or vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper until combined.

  • Dressing the Salad

    Pour the dressing over the vegetables and feta.

  • Tossing Gently

    Toss lightly to avoid breaking the feta too much.

  • Serving Serve immediately, optionally garnished

    with parsley or mint.
