Instrucciones
  • Saltear los aromáticos

    Heat olive oil in a large pan. Add chopped onions, carrots, and celery. Cook until softened, then add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.

  • Browning the Beef

    Add ground beef and cook, breaking it apart with a spatula, until browned and no longer pink. Season lightly with salt and pepper.

  • Adding Tomato Paste & Herbs

    Stir in tomato paste, oregano, and basil. Cook for 1 minute to deepen the flavor and coat the beef evenly.

  • Adding Tomatoes & Simmering

    Pour in crushed tomatoes and beef broth. Add sugar if needed. Simmer uncovered for 20-25 minutes until the sauce thickens and flavors meld.

  • Cooking the Spaghetti

    Boil spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Reserve a small amount of pasta water before draining.

  • Combinando pasta y salsa

    Add the cooked spaghetti to the sauce. Toss well, adding a splash of pasta water if needed to help the sauce cling.

  • Serving Serve hot with grated

    Parmesan and chopped parsley.
