方向
  • Rimming the Glass

Moisten the rim of the glass with a slice of lime. Invert the glass and press it into a layer of sea salt spread out on a wide plate. This process creates a thin, elegant layer of salt on the rim of the glass. Try to keep the salt confined to the outer rim so that too much of it does not fall into the drink.

  • Shaking to Chill

Add tequila, freshly squeezed lime juice, orange liqueur, and agave syrup to a cocktail shaker. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for approximately 15–20 seconds, until the outside of the shaker becomes frosted. The shaking process both chills the drink and ensures that the ingredients emulsify.

  • Straining and Serving

Strain the mixture you have prepared into a salt-rimmed glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with a slice of fresh lime and serve. Serving it cold is the most important rule.

The Margarita is one of the world’s most popular cocktails, reflecting the refreshing spirit of Mexico. With a history dating back to the 1930s, this drink is a flawless blend of tequila, lime juice, and orange liqueur. Culturally, it stands as a symbol of beach parties, celebrations, and summer evenings. The balance of a good Margarita lies in the harmony of “sweet, sour, and salty” notes. The salt rim on the glass balances the citrus acidity, thereby accentuating the flavors.
