  • 1 grated cheese, chili flak

Directions
  • Preparing the Potatoes Grate the

    potatoes and squeeze out excess moisture using your hands or a clean cloth.

  • Mixing the Batter

    Combine grated potatoes with egg, flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and parsley. Mix until a thick batter forms.

  • Shaping the Cakes Scoop small

    portions and flatten them gently into mini patties.

  • Frying Heat oil in a

    pan and fry patties on medium heat for 3-4 minutes per side until golden and crispy.

  • Draining Excess Oil

    Place fried cakes on paper towels to remove extra oil.

  • Serving Serve warm with yogurt,

    ketchup, or garlic sauce.
