Garlic Naan is a soft, fluffy Indian flatbread enriched with yogurt and cooked on a hot skillet for a slightly charred, restaurant-style finish. Brushed with melted butter and minced garlic, it becomes aromatic, tender, and perfect for curries, kebabs, or simply enjoying on its own. This homemade version delivers the same pillowy texture and buttery flavor you’d expect from an authentic tandoor-style naan.
