  • Marinating the Beef

    Combine soy sauce, cornstarch, and sesame oil. Add beef slices and mix until coated. Let rest for 10-15 minutes to tenderize and enhance flavor.

  • Preparing the Sauce

    Whisk soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, cornstarch, and water until smooth. This mixture will thicken into a glossy stir-fry sauce.

  • Blanching the Broccoli

    Boil broccoli for 1 minute, then drain. This keeps the florets bright green and crisp during stir-frying.

  • Searing the Beef
