  • Preparing the Fruit

    Peel the banana and place it in the blender along with berries.

  • Adding Liquid

    Pour in yogurt or milk to help the mixture blend smoothly.

  • Adding Sweetener (Optional)

  • Adding Ice

  • Blending Blend on high until
