Directions
  • Preparing the Lettuce

    Wash and dry romaine lettuce thoroughly. Chop into bite-sized pieces and place in a large bowl.

  • Making the Dressing In a

    bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, salt, pepper, and optional anchovy paste until smooth and creamy.

  • Adding the Croutons

    Add croutons to the lettuce. Use homemade or store-bought for extra crunch.

  • Adding the Dressing

    Pour the dressing over the salad. Start with half, toss, and add more as needed to coat evenly.

  • Adding Parmesan Sprinkle shaved or

    grated Parmesan generously over the top.

  • Tossing the Salad Gently toss

    everything together until evenly coated and well mixed.

  • Serving Serve immediately while the
