A classic Omelette is a soft, fluffy egg dish cooked gently in butter and folded around your choice of fillings such as cheese, vegetables, or herbs. It’s quick, customizable, and perfect for a satisfying breakfast or brunch. With the right technique, the omelette stays tender, creamy inside, and beautifully golden outside.
