    Heavy Cream

  • 1 for garnish
    Fresh Parsley
Instructions
  • Sautéing the Mushrooms

    Heat butter and olive oil in a pot over medium heat. Add sliced mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture and turn golden brown.

  • Adding Aromatics

    Add chopped onions and cook until soft. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.

  • Adding Flour & Herbs Sprinkle

    flour over the mixture and stir to coat. Add thyme and mix well to form the base of the soup's thickness.

  • Adding Broth

    Pour in the broth gradually while stirring. Bring to a simmer and cook for 10-12 minutes until the soup thickens slightly.

  • Blending the Soup Use an

    immersion blender (or transfer to a blender) to puree until smooth or leave slightly chunky depending on preference.

  • Adding Cream Return soup to

    the pot and stir in heavy cream. Heat gently without boiling to maintain smoothness.

  • Final Seasoning

    Taste and adjust salt and pepper. Add more cream for richness if desired.

  • Serving Serve hot, garnished with

    chopped parsley.
