    Add chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and olive oil to a food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  • Adjusting Texture If the hummus

    is too thick, add 1-2 tablespoons of cold water and blend again until velvety.

  • Plating the Hummus

    Spread the hummus onto a plate using the back of a spoon to create circular ridges that hold the olive oil.

  • Garnishing Drizzle olive oil generously
